Hello everyone, I want to share with you my memories about the holidays that I went to the south of Chile... It was on 2013's summer, I finished school the year before and I wasn't in the university yet, so I started to work to get some funds to travel with my boyfriend and a couple of friends...
We arrived to Puerto Montt, but we went to almost everywhere, first we went to Frutillar, we listened a classical music concert and of course we ate a lot of kuchens...
After that, we visited Saltos del Petrohue National Park, it's an awesome landscape, I really loved the waterfalls and the bridges that crosses the park
*This is me
We visit the penguins reserve too, they was so small and cute hahah none of them was taller than my knees... you could visit them by getting on a tour in a boat, it was very funny
Another tours we taked, went to Puerto Octay, Castro, Chiloé and they make little stops in small towns where you can eat Salmon, seafood, or maybe just take some tea... And it's really fun because the most people on tours are foreigners, and you can get very interesting conversations with them ...
I think that this holidays were the best for me because it was my first big and independient travel, I felt really free and full of life :)
As an advice, if you've got the chance please go to Carretera Austral, it's AWESOME, I have never seen so many colors on the nature...
Thanks for reading :)
